These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Mythos Suite, the marketing tracking and analytics platform available at mythossuite.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the conditions below.

1. The service

Mythos Suite provides a platform for receiving, organizing, and analyzing conversion events from websites and marketing campaigns, including event tracking, conversion attribution, campaign management, and reporting. The service is provided as available and may evolve over time through new features, changes, and fixes.

2. Registration and account responsibility

To use the platform, you must create an account with accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity performed through your account and the workspaces you administer. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

When using Mythos Suite, you agree not to:

  • send spam or use the platform for unsolicited communications;
  • collect, send, or process data obtained unlawfully;
  • violate data protection and privacy laws, including the LGPD and GDPR, when tracking visitors and conversions; you are responsible for establishing the legal basis for tracking on your websites;
  • bypass technical limits, access third-party accounts, or compromise service security;
  • resell or sublicense access to the platform without our express authorization.

Violating these rules may result in account suspension or termination, without limiting any other remedies available under applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

Mythos Suite software, trademarks, design, and documentation belong to us or our licensors. Data you submit to the platform remains yours: we grant you only a license to use the service, and you grant us the license strictly necessary to process that data on your behalf.

5. Service availability

We work to keep the platform available and stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, particularly during scheduled maintenance, when features may change or be discontinued. We will provide notice of scheduled maintenance whenever reasonably possible.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mythos Suite is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of or inability to use the platform. You are solely responsible for business decisions made using the reports and metrics displayed by the service.

7. Privacy and data protection

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. For tracking data processed on behalf of customers, the customer acts as data controller and Mythos Suite acts as data processor.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms, with notice when circumstances permit. After termination, data remains subject to the retention practices described in the Privacy Policy, and you may request a data export before deletion.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Courts with jurisdiction over the user's domicile in Brazil will hear disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
